Aviva Service Excellence Centre has been operating in Poland since 2010 and is a rapidly growing centre of expertise in the field of finance, actuarial, IT, data science, cyber security, change and risk. Our centre currently employs nearly 500 experts, and our teams continue to evolve.

Our colleagues carry out projects across multiple fields, combining programming expertise with actuarial work to develop advanced actuarial models. Our IT team focuses on data engineering, DevOps, software design and development, automated testing, all within an Agile framework.
